At our studio, we focus on providing a hands-on experience and an introduction to the art of jewelry making, rather than delivering a factory-quality final product. Each piece you create is a reflection of your unique process and creativity.

We work with 999 fine silver, a softer and more malleable material that is ideal for beginners. Its flexibility allows for easier shaping and transformation, making it the perfect choice for those new to jewelry making. However, due to its softness and the handmade nature of the process, we do ask you to handle the final product with care to prolong its lifespan.

Late arrivals: If a participant arrive late (within 20 minutes) to the scheduled class, they will still be allowed to join. However, please note that their working time will be reduced accordingly, as we must adhere to the schedule to accommodate other classes. If a participant arrives more than 20 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel their attendance. In such cases, the class will be considered a no-show. To make the most out of your experience, we recommend arriving on time to ensure you have the full session to work on your piece.

Cancellation and rescheduling (no exception): No refunds will be issued once booking is made.

  • Cancellations or modifications made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in a 50% charge, with the remaining 50% converted to store credit for future use.

  • Cancellations or modifications made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a 100% charge, with no credit issued.

  • Holiday Appointments: Cancellations are not permitted on holidays. However, you may reschedule if you notify us more than 72 hours in advance. In this case, the fee will remain as a store credit for future use. If not, the full price will be charged. The Holidays are listed below.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email: thesilverstudio2024@gmail.com.

Refund policy: Since we are offering a course rather than selling a finished piece of jewelry, no refund will be issued once the class has begun. As this is a DIY class, we cannot guarantee that every participant will leave with a perfect piece of jewelry. However our professionals will be there to guide you every step of the way. We are committed to helping you succeed and achieve the best possible result within the class timeframe.

Only class participants are allowed to take the class: as we offer lessons and our seats are limited, all of our spots are reserved for class participants only. Only class participants are allowed to take the lesson, join the class and enter the classroom.

Warranty:

- Gems: If your gem dislodges, we offer the service to reattach it using a special metal adhesive. Please note that the adhesive requires 48 hours to fully cure. During this time, it is crucial that the gemstone is not touched or disturbed.

- Broken rings: As we are offering a class rather than selling a finished product, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer any refunds or compensation for any damage to your jewelry after the class. As silver is a delicate and relatively soft material, it is susceptible to damage over time. To maintain your silver jewelry, we recommend handling your silver jewelry with care and avoid subjecting it to pressure to prolong its lifespan.
